Shipping options:
-All items are handmade with care and typically ship within 3-5 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping & processing:
-Orders are shipped via USPS (or your preferred carrier) with tracking whenever available
-You'll receive a confirmation and tracking number once your order ships
- Delivery times vary by location and carrier
Combined shipping:
-If you purchase multiple items in one order, shipping is automatically combined so you only pay one shipping rate whenever possible.
Rates (United States):
-Regular flat rate: 10.99
-Expedited rate: 12.99
International shipping:
-International orders are welcome! Delivery times vary by country and customs processing. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
Packaging:
-Orders are thoughtfully packaged using eco-friendly or recycled materials whenever possible.
Please Note:
-I'm not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs

-If a package is marked delivered but missing
-Please contact your local post office first
Returns & refunds
Damaged items:
-If your order arrives damaged
-Please message me within 48 hours with photos so I can make it right
Returns & refunds policy:
-Accepted within 7 days refund type: replace or refund
-Customer happiness & satisfaction means a lot to me! If there's an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Returns accepted if:
-Item arrives damaged or defective
-Wrong item was sent
-You're unhappy due to a quality issue
-Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery

-Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind buyer is responsible for return shipping unless mistake was mine
-Original shipping costs are non-refundable
-Items must be unused and in original packaging
Non-returnable:
-Custom or personalized orders
-Earrings worn (for hygiene reasons) unless damaged on arrival
Refunds:
-Refunds will be processed once the return is received and inspected.
